Currently ManTech is seeking a Finance Manager IV to join our team on a Remote Basis supporting our growing Defense Sector and Marine Corps programs.?

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- The Finance Manager IV assigns and supervises Program Control Analyst work tasks.
- They perform quality reviews and operate ManTech’s financial backend systems and financial information (purchase orders, Maverick TDP budgets, etc.).
- The Finance Manager IV directly interfaces with TDP stakeholders and the ManTech backend business functions.
- They work with the senior-level Program Control Analysts, providing budgetary models and collecting input/output cash flow to keep the financial models accurately projecting TDP budget consumption and trends, and identifying potential concerns.
- They supervise and mentor subordinate project and Team ManTech staff.
- The Finance Manager IV is an SME with expertise in backend business operations.
- They interact with Business Operations Director III.
Experience:
- 7 years of position-specific relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
Security Clearance:
- Active Secret Security Clearance
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
