Job Title: HR Generalist 

Shift: 8-hour shift - Monday to Friday one-hour lunch break

Salary: $22 - $25

Ability to commute/relocate: Woodside NY 11377. Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

The Payroll Specialist Position Summary:

We’re looking for a qualified person to handle HR  and Benefits who could also handle safety management and marketing. HR experience would be a must.  Safety management experience would mostly be coordinating and managing the process. Marketing experience is not required but preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• - Recruit, interview, hire and onboard new team members 

• - Conduct performance reviews and coach employees to achieve professional growth and goals

• - Maintain employee records and handle personnel changes and updates

• - Resolve workplace conflicts or issues and ensure policy compliance 

• - Develop training programs to enhance employee skills

Skills Required:

• - Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred

• - 2+ years of experience in human resources administration

• - Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

• - Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS/applicant tracking systems

• - Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion
