Job Abstract

We are seeking a Procurement/Buyer with strong municipality, government, county, city experience only. Company located in Costa Mesa.

Full Time, M-F 8-5 PM

Temp role approx. - 7/1/24 - 12/21/24

Pay: up to $42 p/hr.

Primary Responsibilities:

-Procuring supplies, services, equipment, and materials at the lowest cost consistent with consideration of quality, reliability of source, and urgency of need following established policies, procedures, and practices.

-Positions allocated to this class require a general knowledge of water utility operations and related needs for supplies, services, equipment, and materials.

-Working knowledge of purchasing policies/procedures, accounts payable procedures, and vendor relations.
