The Content Writer-Copywriter plays a key role in developing high-quality and engaging content that educates, informs, and inspires our target audience. Essential Functions:
Create compelling and informative content for various channels, including website pages, blog articles, social media posts, email newsletters, case studies, whitepapers, and press releases.
Conduct thorough research on healthcare topics, industry trends, medical advancements, and patient care to ensure accurate and up-to-date content.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, healthcare professionals, and other internal stakeholders to gather insights and ensure the accuracy and relevance of the content.
Write clear, concise, and engaging copy that aligns with our brand voice and tone, while considering the needs and preferences of our target audience.
Develop content strategies and editorial calendars to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality content that meets organizational goals and objectives.
Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Proofread and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices to ensure all content meets legal and ethical standards.
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create visually appealing content that enhances the overall user experience.

Assist in managing and updating content on the organization's website, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and a positive user experience.

Education and Experience
Required:
Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, healthcare, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in copywriting and content creation.
Proven work experience as a Content Writer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your writing skills.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to convey complex healthcare information in a clear and concise manner.
Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices to optimize content for search engines and increase organic traffic.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
Preferred:
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and privacy guidelines is a plus.
Knowledge of healthcare terminology, medical concepts, and patient care practices to effectively communicate healthcare information to diverse audiences.
Strong research skills to gather information from credible sources and ensure accurate and up to date content.
Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with basic HTML formatting.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously.
