The Director, Regional Global Product Operations will support the development and implementation of a focused local, global business strategy for multiple regions of the world. Interact with regional subsidiaries and product, marketing, operational, finance teams at ETS to align region objectives and accountability with enterprise-wide goals. Serves as focal point of contact at ETS Princeton for country managers and other senior regional managers to resolve business issues such as product delivery, tax, marketing, and overall strategy for the regions etc. Leads responses to various government agencies worldwide to support adoption of our products and services for official use. Assures regional integration across the company and the global product portfolio to ensure that we are maximizing the value of our service offerings. Works closely with M&A team should investment opportunities arise within the region.
Member of governance team consisting of ETS Princeton and regional staff that works to ensure that the region is adhering to ETS overarching business and mission objectives.
Support the development of a sound regional and country specific Go-to-Market Strategy
Work with country managers to build and direct a team of region-specific experts
Support the development of sound business plans to ensure a successful Go-to-Market strategy for the English Language products that deliver on the growth objectives of the enterprise
Integrate learnings and the portfolio of products across regions to maximize the value of for all regions under their control
Work with other senior directors and global executives to develop an optimal global strategy focused on profitable growth
Works in real time with ETS functions in the US such as Legal, Tax, Finance, Product, and Marketing groups to ensure proper structures and planning is put in place to support short term and long-termobjectives of ETS for the territory.
Develop KPIs to measure and actively manage the success of each region
Proactively partner with each regional office to help them achieve their objectives
Support the development of long-run strategic global roadmaps to ensure an integrated and consistent management of ETS products around the world
Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to the job function
Bachelor’s degree is required (a business degree is preferred, but skills acquired through experience may substitute)
MBA is a plus
7+ years of product management experience with a minimum of 3 years of direct involvement in the business management of global products and services at the senior manager or director level.
Experience in the global education space with an emphasis on educational technology is a plus.
