Job Summary

PRN for St Mary's
Responsible for providing support in patient care and in carrying out therapeutic activities as directed by the therapist in a team environment consistent with professional and ethical standards.
Demonstrate accountability for and contribution to program development, quality improvement, problem solving and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion.
Essential Job Functions
Transport patients within the facility to activities as needed.
Provide patient care support to clinician(s).
Report patient response to interventions and condition to clinician(s).
Prepare treatment area before and after each patient’s treatment.
Clean therapeutic equipment.
Carry out clerical tasks.
Assist with maintaining The Joint Commission Standards as directed by supervisor.
Maintain appropriate levels of supplies and patient care items.
Employment Qualifications
The incumbent shall, at a minimum, be a high school graduate or equivalent.
Experience in working is a health care setting is desirable.
Experience with outpatient programs/services is desirable.
Basic computer skills desirable
