The base compensation range for this role is $55.90 - $61.08 per hour.

As an Operator, your primary duties include operating heavy equipment as directed and specified while adhering to all rules and regulations as mandated by Mortenson safety policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Follows prescribed safety regulations
- Ensure that all housekeeping is maintained in a clear and orderly fashion in assigned area
- Performs routine maintenance to include lubricating, fueling and cleaning
- Observes equipment operation to detect machine malfunction
- Follows work plans and pre-task cards
- Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
- Operates the following equipment based on the requirements of the project:
- Blade
- Dozer
- Loader
- Scraper
- Forklift/Telehandler
- Crane
- Bobcat/Skid-steer
- Boom Lifts/Aerial Lifts
- Roller

- Knowledge of equipment and their uses
- Understand and apply basic mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, division, & multiplication)

Education and Experience Requirements
- Equipment certifications as required
- Industry related experience preferred
