Analyzes and coordinates in-house invitation lists with Manager.
Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
Attends and aids in the coordination of special events.
Establishes a direct line of communication with all service departments for the purpose of caring for high value players.
Maintains the confidentiality of player information including but not limited to personal information such as name, address, contact information, level of play, wins, losses, number of visits, etc.
Provides professional representation at internal and external meetings and events.
Adheres to all Corporate and local policies, procedures, and operating guidelines.
Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
Performs other duties as may be assigned by department and/or company management.

Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and a minimum of two (2) years experience in sales or general marketing with progressive responsibilities; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral). Ability to: read, analyze, interpret and comprehend technical procedures, state regulations, business periodicals, instructions, and correspondence/memos; write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals; effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers or staff, customers and the general public.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret and follow through on a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Must obtain licensing with the West Virginia Lottery and Racing Commissions every year of employment.
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Results oriented, hands-on professional with the ability to interact with the public, staff and colleagues. Must have the ability to resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner. Previous customer service experience preferred. Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekend hours and overtime as business needs dictate.
While performing the duties of this job, the team member: must be able to maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced, casino environment and effectively deal with customers, management, team members and others; is regularly required to stand; walk and move through all areas of the casino; speak; hear; and, may occasionally be required to sit. The team member must be available for occasional travel. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close and distance vision; color and depth perception; and, peripheral vision. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds.
While performing the duties of this job, the team member will be working in an environment where smoking is permitted and higher than normal noise levels.
