Summary of Role:
As the Regional Field Service Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the performance of our field service teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of O&M services to our customers. Reporting to Sr. Director of Field Service, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting Field Service Supervisors, promoting a safety-first and engaging culture, delivering continuously improving results, implementing best practices, driving improvement initiatives, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $77,000.00/year in our lowest geographic market up to $144,700.00/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package including annual bonus eligibility, short and long-term incentives, and a comprehensive and competitive benefits program which includes health insurance coverage, employee wellness, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, paid time off, and so much more.
