Your Purpose:

Your Role:
Critical Incident Response: Responsible for supporting response 24/7 to issues or delay with a Brightline train or incident affecting our corridor, stations or facilities. This includes being liaison for follow up efforts with first responders.
Operations: You support Security leadership in maintaining consistent operations for a safe and seamless guest experience from the moment they arrive at our stations to the moment they depart; you keep an eye on how we should evolve existing SOP’s to better meet our guests’ needs.?
Vigilance: You are the eyes and ears of our security team. You screen our guests, patrol our stations and are responsible for raising the alarm in the event of suspicious behaviors or unusual situations that may create a security or safety concern at your assigned station. This includes being responsible for calling local authorities, as necessary.
De-escalation Handle and resolve difficult and sensitive guest inquiries and complaints in coordination with other Brightline partners; as well as respond to questions and information requests from guests and outside agencies.
Documentation: Maintain accurate logs and provide required reports, including investigative documents.

You:
Must have a valid Florida Drivers License.
Must have and maintain a driving record and insurance coverage that meets internal Company Policies.
Must have experience in report writing, evidence preservation, and chain of custody.
Must possess basic competence in computing tasks and tools (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
You have one (1) year of experience as a Licensed “Class D” security field – this is not required but a PLUS.
You are a minimum of 18 years old.
You can work shifts which include day, night, weekends and holidays. Shift subject to change.
