RESPONSIBILITIES

Improves activities, procedures, and policies, as needed, to improve microbiological conditions within the company. Develops procedures to validate microbiological procedures. By partaking in industry microbiology organizations (e.g., PCPC), innovates new procedures and/or policies in the company. Serves as an internal consultant on microbiology-related activities, including dealing with hotel customers and guest supply sales force to resolve relevant problems and issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education Bachelor's degree in microbiology or biology with an emphasis on microbiology. Experience 6 years of relevant prior work experience is required. Professional Skills Excellent ability to analyze microbiological data and draw logical conclusions. Proficient oral and written communication skills. Good math skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Determine microbiological test methodologies that should be used across the company, including those used at external testing laboratories on our products.
