The Senior Manager of Owner Events will provide engagement opportunities for Hilton Leadership to collect feedback, build relationships, and discuss industry trends with Hilton Owners at events. You will help to manage VIP Owner Events which may include GRAMMYs, Formula One, Owner Advisory Councils, Industry conferences, and various other owner engagement platforms. You will report directly report to the Sr. Director of Owner Engagement and build a network of relationships throughout the Hilton enterprise.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Plan and manage logistics for specific owner events and engagement activities.
- Lead annual owner event calendar planning by working closely with internal partners including Brands, Partnerships, Development, Communications, and Special Events teams.
- Help with strategic recommendations for attendees at owner events.
- Track historical and current Owner event attendees, performance, and partnership status with Hilton.
- Budget management including the processing and tracking of invoices.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.
- Provide engagement experiences for Hilton Leaderships to network with owners and collect sentiment.
- Manage agency partners for logistics, presentations, and collateral.
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Lead planning of specific owner events.
- Maintain tracking of all historical and current event attendees including performance and partnership status with Hilton.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Four (4) years of project management experience
- Three (3) years of Hospitality Experience
- Two (2) years of managing agencies
- One (1) year of experience leading others
- Able to work a hybrid schedule based in the McLean, VA office
It would be useful if you have:
- Three (3) years of experience working in the Hospitality Industry in a function with exposure to ownership/franchisee community
- One (1) year of experience with hotel performance metrics
