Job Abstract

Global FP&A:Support monthly preparation/consolidation of Global financial reporting, support in data reconciliation to ensure appropriate compilation of information into consolidated reports. Assist in the annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes; collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for a better forecasting. Adapt to changes, and manage several assignments simultaneously, setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and working independently within established guidelines. Additional ad-hoc projects as needed. NA Treasury:Handling daily cash balances and manage transfers and transactions to make sure all accounts are sufficiently funded as needed/instructed; constantly monitor the health of cash flow and related borrowing needs to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements; Analyze, reconcile and back up the cash workbook weekly. Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly borrowing base certificate and maintain borrowing base forecast to actual schedule on a weekly basis. Assist the manager in monitoring debt covenant compliance and prepare related calculations and certificates, in accordance with debt agreements. Work with cross-functional teams to support both Global FP&A and Treasury specific initiatives, assist with ad hoc projects WHAT YOU'LL NEED:Education- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or closely related field; Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis; CPA preferred, experience Reporting- Accounting/ Finance 2-5 years. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications (Planful/ Host, Full circle), comfortable with handling and summarizing large set of data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; High level of integrity, initiative, motivation and curiosity; Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; Ability to work effectively on a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. This position requires some hours at our HQ in Costa Mesa, CA; however, some duties can be performed remotely.
