Job Abstract

Job Summary

Pilates Instructors are committed to a minimum of five teaching hours weekly. They must have completed at least two terms of the Pilates Training Program, one of which should be Mixed Equipment. Instructors are expected to follow Drexel Pilates protocols, including keeping clients and services organized in Mindbody online. Instructors are expected to model studio protocol, and responsibly and consistently submit payroll, and attend staff meetings.

Essential Functions

• Commit to teaching a minimum of 5 hours in the Drexel Pilates Studio weekly.
• Follow Drexel Pilates protocols, including keeping clients and services organized in Mindbody online (includes posting and maintaining accurate availability and maintaining an accurate record of sessions and classes.
• Model studio protocol and responsibly and consistently submit payroll.
• Attend Drexel Pilates staff meetings.
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED degree and 1 year of experience.
• Completion of at least 2 terms of the Pilates Training Program, one of which should be Mixed Equipment.

Additional Information

This is a Part-time Casual position classified as non-exempt. The offered pay is based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
