Responsibilities:
- Support prioritizing current and future projects in pipeline.
- Lead all aspects of technical onboarding discovery to include requirements gathering and technical project management.
- Support and lead project management.
- Establish best demonstrated practices through onboarding/integration process.
- Establish a repeatable process when building out a project plan.
- Take on a leadership role in discovery workshops.
- Own coordination of resources and identify key SMEs for projects.
- Lead touchpoints with project team(s) to ensure deliverables are completed within timeframes set for each project.
- Identify, document and drive decision making.
- Proactively identify risks and action items.
IT Analyst (Service)
- Troubleshoot/Implement current & new AS400 processes.
- First line of Level 2 support.
- Data analysis.
- IT Lead for selected Distribution projects in the pipeline. (Examples: New/Existing Customer Onboarding & Changes, EDI, eCommerce.)
- System change management. (Demands assigned to Distribution IT related to Customer Service & Sales)
- User training & support when applicable.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field preferred.
- Prior experience with ServiceNow, IBM iSeries systems (AS400), MS Dynamics or CRM, JDA or Replenishment, a plus.
- Requires ability to efficiently use Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills anchored in service management mindset.
- Proven work experience in a service-oriented role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as good interpersonal skills, including team management skills.
- Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience.
