Instructional Program Supervisor
Full-time | Baltimore, MD

How you’ll be there for staff:
Teaching Staff
Assures that all new staff complete Catapult Learning instructional and operational training
Monitor and/or coordinate initial, basic and follow-up training based on current staff needs
Coordinate on-site teacher training and compliance management.
With support of the HR department, oversee recruitment, selection, training, retention, and, if necessary, termination of direct service staff
Working with the Instructional Excellence team, become proficient in the training aspects of the company’s curriculum
Assist staff with curriculum support, as needed
PAFE
Work with teachers and instructional supervisors to support and facilitate parent and family engagement and communication
Coordinate with vendors and the planning of workshops and events
Professional Development
Leads formal and informal ongoing professional development for Title I staff
Manages planning and oversight of professional development opportunities for classroom teachers
Summer School
Manage pre-planning, planning, and delivery of the summer programs
General
Submit monthly reports detailing activities/actions completed during the month to regional director
Assist regional director in coordination of monthly supervisory staff meetings to address instructional, managerial, and company needs
Address technology issues through coordination with supervisory and IT support.
Communicate with the regional director regarding instructional issues and concerns.
Assess program material needs and make recommendations for purchases
Various other duties as assigned by Regional Director

What we’ll need from you:
The positive, enthusiastic teacher we seek has these qualifications.
Bachelor or Masters degree in educational field
At least two years related supervisory experience
Valid teaching certificate preferred
Strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills
Experience in planning, organizing, and presenting individual and/or large scale training sessions and other events
Detail oriented, have the ability to take initiative, work independently, and complete tasks accurately and timely
Proficient in MS Office, OneDrive, Zoom, and willing to learn other technology applications, as needed
Flexible and able to prioritize tasks based on importance
Able to function in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
