Create CNC G-CODE Programs for Multi-axis Milling centers and Robots that will be used to manufacture production aerospace components. Develop and implement improvements to new and existing processes and programs in the Machine Shop, Composite Shop, and assembly areas.\t
Define and develop NC Documents to drive safe, efficient set-up and operation of Automated Equipment.\t
Participate in meetings with other team members and hourly associates \t
Design, Model, and create drawings that will be used for tools, gauges, and shop aids. \t
Ability to work in a team atmosphere to troubleshoot and maintain CNC machines, and robotic systems. \t
Knowledge of Composite cutting techniques.\t
