Job Abstract

We have an outstanding Contract position for aManufacturing/Process Engineer to join a leading Company located in theBaltimore, MD surrounding area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and update production work instructions (MPPs & MBOMs) to ensure compliance to engineering requirements and improve clarity for operators.

  Basic Hiring Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.

• 5+ years of directly relevant experience.

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and spec requirements, primarily for older legacy program(s) without the benefit of CAD models.

• Experience authoring technical documents and work instructions

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and photo editing software.

• Expert-level knowledge of aerospace assembly manufacturing engineering (fabrication, drilling, fastening, testing, tooling, inspection, etc).

• Ability to interact effectively with the hourly workforce, supervision, design, and manufacturing engineering.
