Cyber Wargame Analyst
Key Role:
Support the planning and execution of cyber wargames to assess weapon systems and critical infrastructure within DoD’s management, oversight, and programmatic evaluation purview. Assist with the course of action analysis, strategy development, and organizational processes and procedures to craft experiences that allow participants to test assumptions in a minimal-risk environment and gain stakeholder buy-in. Coordinate exercise progress and activities between the client, Combatant Commands, DoD services, and agencies. Support the development and maturation of a novel wargaming methodology that integrates modeling and simulation tools.
Basic Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in an operational role with DoD or interagency partners
3+ years of experience with cyberspace operations, operational planning, cyber mission force operations, cybersecurity studies, wargaming, defense policy, or modeling and simulation
Experience with exercise and training activities, including tabletop exercises, cyber tabletop exercises, experiments, live-force exercises, and professional analytic wargaming
Ability to prioritize mission-essential tasks toward wargame objectives
Ability to plan, conduct, and analyze research to inform cyberspace wargames
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with intelligence analysis and developing adversary capability assessments or scenarios
Experience in a military staff environment
Experience with briefing and delivering training to senior military and civilian leaders
Experience with using modeling and simulation tools to conduct assessments
Ability to be a team player and work well in a fast-paced environment with a diverse team of engineers, defense and intelligence analysts, scientists, and uniformed military members
Possession of excellent organizational skills
Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
