Job Description
The Job Change Coordinator will have an impact on job change efficiency, plant revenue, machine downtime, and the overall plant budget.
The Job Change Coordinator will:
Manage and improve the job change efficiency and process to increase plant revenue.
Recommend and implement initiatives that will improve productivity and quality.
Establish training programs and effective job change meeting structure.
Optimize scheduling of preventative maintenance during job changes to maximize production.
Perform root-cause analysis to resolve issues and problems.
Communicate metrics and goals to the plant teams.
The Job Change Coordinator should have:
Ability to lead efforts to improve safety during job change activities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in a lean manufacturing environment or using Lean Six Sigma tools.
Strong background in process improvement.
On-call availability to support 24/7 operations and weekend rotations.
Qualifications
High School diploma required, Bachelor degree in Engineering preferred
Glass manufacturing experience required
Experience working in a manufacturing environment that does job changes
Proficient in MS Office and SAP, with the ability to learn new systems and programs

What We Offer:
Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $130,000 and includes a possible 12% quarterly incentive bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
