We are seeking individuals who have an interest in technical problem solving to fill the position of System Design Engineer for our Fredericksburg location. The System Design group plays a key role in growing Kaeser's market share by helping to design compressed air systems throughout the country. This includes performing energy analyses, and creating P&I diagrams, CAD layouts, and electrical diagrams. Qualifications
& Skills. The successful candidate's background will include: BS in Engineering or comparable degree, with strong background in fluids and thermodynamics (required). Good communication skills / phone skills (required). Proficiency in G-Suite and 3 D Modeling / CAD experience (preferred). Ability to proficiently write and/or edit technical documents. General technical and business experience to include data analysis and project management skills. Goal-oriented focus, with motivation to grow long-term within the team.
