General Summary
The Sr Analyst will own Devops to support bi-weekly release to 40+ production websites (that include our corporate websites and brand websites across regions and on-demand hotfixes. Focus areas include processes for work break down, source code management, automate build and deployment process to dev / stage and prod environments, and ensuring environment support for non-functional aspects like performance engineering, security testing, ADA compliance etc. It's essential for Campbells to internally maintain ownership of these operations to ensure ongoing success, stability and ownership.
Business Partnership
Engage with business to understand priorities, communicate technology dependencies, solution options and hand-hold business in adoption of new features. Also assist the implementation partners in realizing features and enhancements
Primary Responsibilities – Projects and Enhancements
- Support to Ongoing Consumer Experience Improvements: Continuous improvements to consumer experience on all owned channels . This includes working with agencies, tool providers & leading implementation with our development partners.
• Leading New Campaign launches and features : As part of campaign launch, the role is responsible for development, deployment, and rollout of custom campaigns.
• New capital projects : The Sr Analyst is responsible to ensure dependencies are managed for new projects such as consumer strategy and marketing analytics. The role will be responsible for supporting the outcomes of these projects operationally, from ensuring a smooth production roll out to day-to-day upkeep.
• Knowledge Management: Work with our development and operational partners to ensure that knowledge is maintained in a structured manner and leverage that to onboard any Agency partners as required by our marketing business
• Ongoing Operational Reporting: The Sr Analyst is responsible for tracking and reporting performance of campaigns and various operational metrics on our engagement channels. Responsibilities also include updates to tag management, cookie consent and analytics ecosystem to ensure that constantly changing privacy and legal requirements are met.
Martech Ecosystem Expert
With 25+ tools supporting our tech stack, the Sr Analyst will work with Solution Architect to drive our portfolio rationalization, platform compatibility, version control and optimization efforts. The role acts as a consultant to Appopps team to establish Appopps framework-based operations within Marketing area.
- Process improvement & Automation - Identify key improvement areas across the ecosystem, automation opportunities and drive implementation / adoption of these solutions
Minimum Education
Graduate of Postgraduate in Computer Science
Job Experience
- 7-10 years of IT experience primarily on Martech ecosystem
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing cloud or similar platforms.
- Experience in CMS platforms such as WordPress & knowledge of modern headless platforms
- Experience in with common third-party APIs/Plugins on WordPress
- Experience with source control such as Git & Devops pipelines
- Understands SDLC, Agile development.
- Experience in guiding and mentoring junior developers.
- Experience working with 3rd party agencies.
- Ability to solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.
- Has a deep understanding of website hosting infrastructures.
- Ability to understand third party tools and how they integrate with the website (such as where to buy, buy online, recipe buying and search etc.)
- Present solution options to enterprise and solution architects for consideration
- Flexibility in a fast-paced dynamic environment with shifting roles and responsibilities
- Technically creative and open-minded
- Developing coding best practices, playbooks, frameworks, and solutions
- Able to direct a team of developers across capabilities.
- Review code and ensuring that clean, maintainable and performing code is written.
- Outlining architectural best practices
- Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Helping to drive, document and continually refine platform standards.
- Helping to drive new tech research and experimentation.
- Experience in experience with W3 Standards and cross-browser compatibility

Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$85,900-$140,800
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
