- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all nursing and patient care services, ensuring highest standards of quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care models, clinical pathways, and evidence-based practices.
- Manage and optimize nursing operations, staffing levels, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of care.
