Primary Responsibilities:
Bozzuto is seeking a Manager, Yardi Business Systems Solutions. The incumbent will manage innovation initiatives, carry out quality assurance testing, manage implementations and deployment, and oversee software training development and updates.
As the Manager, your primary responsibilities include:
Vet the need for and importance of exploring all new software technology initiatives further for the benefit of the company.
Track, monitor and present monthly updates to the executive committee on progress and status of current pilots and on-going projects.
Collaborate with internal and external staff to conduct project testing and determine solutions for change management adoption.
Assist other departments with successful rollout of programs that touch current products.
Develop, implement, and monitor new and existing initiatives with the goal of continuing process improvement.
Be the point person and lead the efforts to address all internal and external product concerns. Working across the organization to successfully resolve issues and assure the customer concerns are addressed.
What You Bring to Us:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Systems preferred OR equivalent work experience.
Knowledge of various multifamily software applications (Yardi, OneSite, etc.) required.
5 Years of experience, Multifamily real estate industry preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop concise and on-brand messaging.
Ability to effectively manage and interact with customers and team members.
Proven success in managing multiple projects, crafting and implementing innovative ideas and concepts.
