What Will I Be Doing?

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, recommended, warranty and other safety-oriented issues in a timely manner, every time, and as promised

• Perform multi-point inspections, maintenance and service related repairs to include, but not limited to, engines, transmissions, air-condition, timing belts, radiators, gaskets, braking systems, etc.

• Document the work performed consistent with Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) guidelines

• Ensure work space is clean and safe at all times

• Create and maintain loyal service customer relationships

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Individual should possess:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required

• Graduation from a recognized Automotive / Technical School

• Prior automotive technician work experience, factory trained and/or manufacturer certified is preferred

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, enthusiastic presence with an ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.

• Ability to apply a common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

• Work effectively and efficiently as an individual and in a team environment.

• Have and maintain an excellent driving record.

• Professional appearance and work ethic

• All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen
