What You’ll Get to Do:
Performs a variety of routine receptionist, security and clerical duties.
Acts as a focal point for site information and other site-specific activities as required.
Answers a multi-line phone and directs callers to appropriate person/department.
Update phone lists with frequently called numbers and updated department POCs as necessary and post near reception desk area.
May coordinate calendar and make conference room or hoteling reservations. May also order and set up catering for meetings.
Check visually for employee identification badges for all personnel entering a facility.
Authorize access and issue appropriate badges to employees, visitors, customers and contractors, ensuring proper escort as needed.
Answer and respond to service requests from building occupants to building engineers and follow up as needed.
Maintain parking registration accounts, including reserved parking spaces. Assist visitors with parking validations and may keep log of validations issued.
Order standard office and pantry supplies as requested.
Create routine spreadsheets as requested.
Contact vendors for service, such as shredding, cleaning, repairs, etc.
Update rent reports and floor plans utilizing FM Systems database.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word software
