In keeping with the Dignity Health core values the Clinical Nurse II (CNII) in L&D is an experienced practitioner who demonstrates in-depth knowledge of antepartum intrapartum and postpartum nursing the implementation of patient care in those settings and the ability to practice independently. The CNII in L&D serves as a resource person preceptor and relief charge nurse. Under minimal supervision the CNII proficiently implements the nursing process for clients with complex diagnoses.

* Currently accepting RNs with 6+ months RN experience (no L&D experience required) for our Transition Fellowship Program

* Transition Fellowship Program Starts August 5th

Minimum Requirements:

• Six (6) month current maternal-child nursing. When staffing can support a transition RN applicants without the requisite experience may be considered.

• Current California Registered Nurse license.

• Current BLS certification 

• Current NRP certification

• Current ACLS certification
