Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area
Welcome each Guest into our home and thank them when they leave
Seat each Guest in a timely manner and effectively manage the waitlist Ipadsystem
If on a wait keep the crowd excited and having FUN!!
Answer phones, place to-go orders, and enter them into the POS system
Inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes
Respond appropriately to Guest requests. Communicate Guest requests to Server as needed
Assist teammates as needed with food delivery and bussing tables

fun, energetic, eager, and a committed team member
familiar with basic knowledge of Snooze service
familiar with POS and iPad systems
able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
able to safely lift and easily maneuver up to 20 pounds
are at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US
Prior experience recommended, not required
Required Certification (Must obtain prior to employment):
California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification that meets the state’s standards
