Job Abstract

Facilities Technician , Thousand Oaks, CA (DIRECT HIRE)
$26 - $36 per hour
Mon - Friday 1st shift
PAY SCALE $26.00 - $36.00

Must Haves:
* Must have HVAC
* Train and lead other Facilities staff.
* Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems.
* Perform moderate and major repairs and/or replacement of plumbing fixtures, valves and other devices as required.
* Repair and oversee maintenance of HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management system, and building repairs including the monitoring of outside vendors.
* Respond to emergencies and support any afterhours building needs and activities as required.
* High School diploma and five years plus of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Strong mechanical aptitude.
