Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented professionals to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech as a Security Specialist Insider Threat Program Analysis and Compliance Officer/Analyst.

This will be an onsite position in Springfield, VA or St. Louis, MO.

In this role, you will:

• Develop, coordinate, and facilitate Insider Threat policies

• Support compliance activities, coordinate information exchanges with internal and external entities; share insider threat community best practices, recommend process improvement strategies

• Develop highly tailored products with community-wide focus; and complete specialized analytic and compliance projects as required.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, coordinate and facilitate Insider Threat governance and policy

• Facilitate and support oversight and compliance requirements; conduct assessments, outreach, and awareness to optimize mission capabilities

• Identify and implement Insider Threat best practices

• Develop Insider Threat performance measures

• Facilitate projects with Insider Threat stakeholders to accomplish project objectives

• Coordinate efforts among multiple, cross-discipline stakeholders to ensure

• enterprise-wide integration of program efforts

• Recommend process improvement methodologies to optimize the program and implement best practices

• Search IC and other data to identify issues with an Insider Threat nexus; develop interrogatives to assist in identifying related anomalies

• Understand and apply terminology, methodology, and information gathering techniques, and research and analytical techniques

• Compiling, report, and disseminating intelligence data

• Operate within applicable legal framework (e.g., Electronic Communications

• Privacy Act, Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, Protect America Act, search and seizure laws, civil liberties and privacy laws, etc.), statutes (e.g., in Titles 10,

• 18, 32, 50 in U.S. Code), Presidential Directives, executive branch guidelines, and/or administrative/criminal legal guidelines)

• Understand Defense-in-Depth for protecting network security architecture (i.e. application of topology, protocols, components, and principles)

• Develop knowledge of human-computer interaction principles

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Counterintelligence, Criminal Justice,

• Engineering, Fraud Investigations, Information Technology, or other related scientific

• filed

• 5+ years’ experience as an All-Source Analysts, Cyber Analysts Intelligence Analysts,

• Counterintelligence Analysts, or Law Enforcement Analysts

• 5+ years’ experience working with data analytics tools and databases

• DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II Certification

Desired Qualifications:

• Successful completion from a FLETC, DCITA, JCITA or DoD All Source Analysis course or program

Clearance Requirements:

• An Active TS/SCI with a CI Poly is required for this role

• Must be a US Citizen

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
