About the Team

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

Analyze

·       Role ramp-up progress and identify the biggest gaps for Presales

·       Skills/Enablement gaps in Presales and align tightly with Presales Leadership to evaluate their needs vs what has been delivered

·       Effectiveness of current course curriculum, certifications, training, etc

Develop/Support

·       Develop courses and enablement to support role ramp up, tenured SC development and new products/offerings

·       Update existing courses/enablement for new products/offerings and identified gaps from Presales

·       Support and develop content tracks for Presales Events

Coach/Teach

·       Teach demo/sales skills by developing scalable training that can be delivered to your specific Presales persona

·       Mentor and instruct new Presales workmates on aspects of the product that are needed for demo success

·       Mentor and shadow Presales workmates through the certification process

About You

You are passionate about helping others achieve success. You have a vision and you are effective at coordinating, designing and delivering on that vision. You bring your passion for learning, Presales, and technology to every interaction with your team and your partners. You love to explore new ways to make learning effective, easy, and fun!

Basic Qualifications

·       1+ years in Financial Management Software and Accounting background/FP&A

·       2+ years in an Enablement, Presales, Sales, Services, or Customer Experience role supporting the sale of Enterprise Software

Other Qualifications

·       Outstanding ability to build and manage relationships and expectations with partners, supporting organizations, and peers

·       Experience with modern enablement strategies, methodologies, and technologies

·       Excellent presentation, communication and organizational skills that help lead and deliver projects, programs, and initiatives

·       Willing to travel up to 25% of the time

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
