Solugenix is assisting a client, a leading financial services company, in their search for an Associate Escrow Support Processor. This is a 3-month contract opportunity based out of Glendale, CA (Onsite).

Qualifications:

• Completed High School (Diploma or GED).
• Must be able to follow Escrow Procedures and have an awareness of regulations governing the escrow process.
• May be familiar with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Establishes effective working relationships at the work group level.

Responsibilities:

• Found typically in centralized processing (rather than an individual branch setting).
• Provides centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of escrows, relieving branches of high volume paperwork.
• Communicates information and instructions to escrow branches and customers.
• Provides support to a team of Escrow Support Processors and Escrow Officers.
• Prepares correspondence, escrow files, and orders preliminary title reports.
• Schedules and provides instructions to couriers.
• Orders payoffs, liens, homeowner association documents, and evidence of insurance.
• Distributes preliminary report.
• Communicates with branches, as needed.
• Follows functional area’s processes and procedures in daily activities; Troubleshoots as needed.
• Actively contributes to the results of a team and works toward achieving goals and objectives.
• Other duties as assigned: backup receptionist and data entry.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $20/hour to $20/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
