The Manufacturing Operations in Wilton Connecticut is responsible for the production of lithography tools as well as purchasing and logistics. The complete production process of the most advanced machines takes place within Manufacturing.
This position is based in EUV Manufacturing Group within the manufacturing sector in Wilton, Connecticut.
As a Production Engineering Top Main Module (TMM) Engineer, you are responsible for the industrialization of the EXE Top Main Module from the view of Wilton Production Engineering and Operations. The TMM is the amalgamation of several assemblies manufactured in Wilton, coming together as one main assembly, so strong technical leadership is required to ensure all the modules are working in concert with each other. Together with the Manufacturing Manager(s) and partnered with the Program Management team, you identify gaps in the MFG process, optimize critical path steps, drive design improvements, and represent Production Engineering in cross-sector technical and program reviews as it relates to EXE Top Main Module (TMM).
This role is positioned as an independent team member of a manufacturing project team that is responsible for the development of our state-of-the-art lithography machines. Person is expected to deliver technical project support as required and drive/report on critical EXE TMM issues, typically from initiation through delivery.

Requirements
BS/MS in Engineering or other Technical Degree
Has extensive module knowledge and proactively oversees all disciplines and has completed at least 3 product development cycles
Experience
Minimum of (7) years’ experience in manufacturing or development of high-tech and complex products.
Minimum of (5) years’ experience in project leadership
Preferred: Excellent knowledge base and understanding of ASML’s technically complex products, or similar complexity within a high-tech company
Preferred: Detailed understanding of ASML’s operational, production, and upgrade processes.
Preferred: Experience with driving complex escalations together with a cross-sectoral team (D&E, Product marketing, first line support and others), in operational context under time pressure.
Experience with EUV is preferred.

Design Requirements and specifications
Plan and coordinate the identification, elicitation of product and/or project requirements; conduct analysis of those requirements for completion and alignment; document and manage requirements throughout the life of the project; and coordinate the verification of the end deliverable. Generally done at the project level.

Share knowledge, including coaching and mentoring of more junior colleagues.
