DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the development and maintenance of the inbound and outbound Workday Integrations.
Responsible for supporting all phases of the software development life-cycle process for Human Capital Management (HCM) systems with special emphasis on the process of Integrations with internal and external systems.
Plan, architect, develop, and execute delivery of assigned HRIS projects.
Perform analysis and design activities for projects to be developed.
Conduct software package evaluations and works with fellow HRIS Team members and external vendors to implement selected solutions.
Coordinate quality assurance efforts by creating and executing test plans.
Assist in creating user documentation for applications.
Coordinate system sign-off, movement of changes to production, and the daily support of integrations.
Meet with project sponsors to assist with documentation of requirements.
Perform analysis and design activities for projects.
Analyze systems needs and create system models.
Analyze data needs and recommend data models or changes to data models.
Conduct software package evaluations and works with fellow HRIS Team members and/or vendors to implement.
Assist with quality assurance efforts by creating and executing test plans.
Assist in creating user documentation for applications.
Coordinate system sign-off, move to production, and support of applications.
Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
Work on Workday Human Resource System Integration Builder.
Work on inbound/outbound Workday integrations Using Core Connector, managing business processes, working with EIB, Report Writer, Creating Workday Calculated Fields and Custom Reports required.
Work with Workday Studio, BIRT Reports.
Utilize Integrations including Web Services, SaaS, Workday Architecture, Business Process Framework.
Work with business processes and Implementation Projects.
Work with XML and XSLT.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Computer Science.
Minimum Experience: 5 years of experience with HCM application implementation & support, with Integrations experience, as an application architect on business intelligence projects, designing and developing complex reports/logic; workday Extend App Development experience with API, JSON Formats, REST and ECMA/JS scripting.
