Your Role
- Provide finance partnership for business leaders across all functions
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisions
- Manage financial processes such as planning, forecasting, and reporting
- Partner with the FP&A, HR, and Accounting teams to manage the cost center/business hierarchies required for systems alignment and reporting needs of feeder systems (Netsuite, Workday, etc.).
- Partner with G&A Business Partners-Peoples Org, IT, Legal, Facilities, for monthly reporting, and quarterly forecasting requirements. Ensure the Adaptive structures meet the planning needs of the team.
- Update and run reports in Adaptive
- Ensure systems alignment and reporting needs of feeder systems
- Partner with various business functions for reporting and forecasting requirements
- Streamline and improve financial planning processes and tools
- Identify and drive new corporate related metrics
What You Will Bring
- Exceptional analytical skills
- 5–7 years' experience in finance
- Proficiency in updating and running reports in Adaptive
- Ability to partner with IT and consultants for implementing new functionalities in Adaptive
- Experience of mirroring and synchronizing NetSuite with Adaptive
- Ability to manage cost center/business hierarchies for systems alignment and reporting needs
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 88,000 and USD $ 175,560 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
