About the role:          

Join our team at Greenhedge Escrow, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient completion of daily escrow transactions. Success in this position requires the adept use of independent judgment to strategically plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload. Elevate your career by contributing to the seamless operation of Greenhedge Escrow as an integral member of our team.         

What you'll do:         

• Provide support to obtain the appropriate escrow documentation in accordance with policy and procedures and applicable state and federal regulations 
• Provide administrative support to escrow officers with closing transactions and preparation of documents
• Acts as liaison between all parties involved in the transaction
• Review contracts, commitments and orders in preparation for the closing
  

What you'll need:        

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
• 1 or more years of  Escrow Assistant experience or related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Real Estate or Escrow a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to problem solve and prioritize
