Account Management: Manage internal and external accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure profitability.
Product Solutions: Recommend product solutions that align with customer objectives and the company’s value proposition to establish a competitive advantage.
Sales Strategy Support: Assist in creating sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets and support the company’s vision.
Commercial Coordination: Coordinate commercial activities across the organization, including Engineering, Quality improvements, Quoting, Negotiating, and Reporting.
Customer Relations: Promote effective communication with customers and develop professional working relationships with all customer representatives.
Economic Analysis & Quotation: Manage economic analysis, data mining, and quotations by customers and products.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred
3+ years of sales experience in a position into Lubricants business (ExxonMobil, Chevron, Shell, BP, Total, Valvoline, Fuchs, Philips 66, Pennzoil, etc.), OEM companies (GM, Ford, Stellantis, Volkswagen, Hyundai, Toyota, Daimler, etc.) or Tier1 (Dana, AAM, JATSO, Denso, PACCAR, Allison Cummins, Meritor, etc.), NOT OEM Distributors or retail sales shop
Engine oil experience is not preferred. Transmission, Axle, electric vehicle fluid, and Shock absorber oil are preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office
Bilingual - Korean/English is preferred but not mandatory
