OVERVIEW OF POSITION:
Easterseals Southern California is seeking an expert in paid media to partner with our digital marketing, graphic design, and video production teams to produce and promote our content, drive exposure to our brand and services, and increase online donations across all platforms. Whether via search or display, from Google and YouTube to LinkedIn; from Meta to X, the person in this position will be a strategist and hands-on executioner, who is able to share results with savvy and engaging reports that grab eyeballs at all levels of the organization. Identifying keywords and locating the appropriate target audiences in SoCal is your wheelhouse, and knowledge of the developmental disability community or autism community is a major plus.
Hiring Range: $75k - $95k / yr.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Develop comprehensive paid media strategies that align with overall marketing business objectives to drive traffic, engagement and conversions for our website, social media channels, and blog utilizing audience segmentation and targeting options to reach specific demographics and user profiles in the Southern California region.
Collaborate with content creators and social media manager to ensure SEO and accessibility best practices are implemented in content creation
Optimize website structure, URLs, and internal linking for improved search engine visibility- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Monitor and analyze ad performance, conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, audience targeting, and other campaign elements to identify winning strategies.
Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting as needed to maximize ROI. Ensure efficient allocation of advertising budgets across campaigns and platforms, while monitoring and managing daily and monthly spending to stay within budget constraints.
Generate regular reports for performance analysis and insights against key metrics. Clearly communicate results and strategic recommendations for improvement and additional growth opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm updates to continuously improve SEO strategies- Perform ongoing technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues that may impact website performance- Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of optimization efforts
Qualifications
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience with media planning and buying is a plus as is knowledge of the disability community.
Experience in an agency or other fast-paced\environment
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
Expert in designing and implementing digital paid media programs in Google Adwords.
Google Display, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram Ads, and in prospecting and re-targeting Desplay
Networks, etc… in the profit or non-profit sector.
Proven experience managing paid search campaigns for healthcare or digital marketing agencies.
HIGHLY Proficient in Google Ads. grant campaigns, and spending across Google, Facebook, and Instagram with a demonstrable track record the candidate can share.
Working knowledge of digital accessibility guidelines and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with conversion optimization techniques and A/B testing methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
