We are looking for licensed Cosmetologists to join our family of professionals in the Square One New Talent Training Program. At Square One you will experience a fantastic, high-end, team environment--along with continued education and a leadership team that values our employees by providing healthcare benefits, matching 401(k) benefits, quarterly coaching and a guaranteed hourly rate while building along with competitive commission rates and a flexible schedule. The Square One New Talent Stylist Training Program is a 6 month education program designed to give new hair stylists the training they need to start their careers at Square One successfully. You will attend weekly technical classes every Sunday, while assisting and learning from a Square One Mentor. The Square One New Talent Stylist will graduate to having an open book for guests one day per week after the first 6 weeks.
Square One New Talent Stylists assist their Mentor stylist in providing above and beyond service by performing the Aveda and Square One rituals, booking appointments, shampooing guests, mixing and applying color, and other duties as required. Square One is an Aveda Lifestyle Salon, partnering with a brand that mirrors our values and provides first-class products that are plant-based, certified-organic, not tested on animals and have amazing functional aromas to aid in your professional service.

Requirements
Education:
Licensed Cosmetologist in the State of Ohio
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to attend and satisfactorily complete all company-required education.
Ability to work retail hours including weekends, holidays, evenings special events.
