Amazon Ads is seeking an Account Executive to join our video-focused Mid-Market team within our Large Customer Sales organization. This is an exciting time to join a new team in a role with broad scope and the potential to make real impact. This role will be focused on driving net-new business with a prospecting mindset. As the first line of communication with prospective brands, ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at researching leads, nurturing new relationships, pitch presentations, proposal generations, and driving video investment.
Key job responsibilities * Generates advertising revenue by calling on ad agencies, new prospects, and consulting advertisers on Streaming TV and other brand-building advertising solutions. * Be a true hunter, hungry to uncover opportunity and connect it with a value adding solution. * Generates a pipeline and influences buying decisions to drive revenue from new advertisers. * Establishes credible relationships with ad agencies and advertiser decision makers. * Maps account strategies, aligning resources and uncovering which of our video products best serves an advertisers needs. * Holds sales calls on existing and prospective clients, delivering superior customer service. * Prepares and delivers customized sales presentations to clients.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* 3+ years of experience in digital media or B2B sales as an individual contributor. * Able to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets. * Able to utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment. * Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal communication.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $71,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $171,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
