You’ll curate and create captivating content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter, fostering an engaged audience and driving customer interaction. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team of Digital Marketing Managers, Designers, Product Managers, and more, to amplify our voice and mission.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Strategize, implement, and refine a corporate social media plan that aligns with our brand’s vision.
- Harness analytics to pinpoint successes and areas for message optimization.
- Be the versatile force coordinating strategy, design, copywriting, community management, and data analysis.
- Transform followers into loyal customers through memorable and authentic social media engagements.
- Keep a pulse on our social channels, offering timely and thoughtful responses to our community.
- Oversee online activities to ensure compliance with our high standards and best practices.
- Drive social media participation, fostering a sense of community and connection.
- Investigate market trends to inform our marketing strategies and content creation.
- Bring a creative flair to team collaborations, influencing the direction of our digital campaigns.
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is essential.
- 2-4 years of experience in managing social media strategies and community outreach.
- Analytical prowess with a knack for data-driven decisions.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content development, SEO, and strategic research.
- Proficiency with Social Tools, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and GA4.
- Creative design insight to guide and inspire.
- Writing and video creation/editing skills are a plus.
