Job Abstract

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an HR Manager for a client in Hayward. This is a hybrid role (100% onsite for the first few months), Direct Hire role with a starting pay of $115,000-$140,000 based on experience. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor's Degree in human resources or related field OR a combination of education/experience.

* 5-8 years of experience as an HR business partner or equivalent.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.

* Certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) or Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) preferred.
