The Emergency Department Nurse Manager will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and innovative changes to this busy department. The Nurse Manager will provide expert guidance to all faculty in regards to Emergency Services and Emergency Preparedness. The Emergency Department Nurse Manager will be responsible for effectively collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team as they create an environment that puts high quality patient care at the forefront of their mission. The Nurse Manager will inspire a culture of respect, diligence and innovation. This is an exciting opportunity to gain more experience running a reputable department by overseeing day-to-day operations, implementing policy changes and monitoring the department’s budget.
