Terracon has an opportunity for a Dispatcher/Scheduler to join our Construction Materials Department in Lodi, CA. Our Dispatcher/Scheduler will schedule and dispatch construction materials technicians for construction projects where the technician is testing and inspecting soils, concrete, asphalt, masonry, reinforcing steel, etc. throughout Northern California and surrounding areas. This is a fast-paced position which requires multitasking use of phone, email and text communication with client representative, contractors, project managers and technicians and other as applicable regarding the services to be provided.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience or the equivalent in training and related experience
Experience with laptop computer use and Microsoft Outlook, Word, Google Maps and Excel
Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to learn new software quickly
Preferred Requirements:
Construction administrative background with understanding of building and construction terminology.
