Responsibilities The Senior Director of Finance will be a key member of the Hudson Yards Experiences (‘HYE’) leadership team, responsible for financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting, and leading strategic financial projects. They will manage capital allocation in preparation for refinancing and lead collaboration and communication with investors regarding financial matters. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Build and lead an FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making Provide insights and recommendations to management and investors based on financial analysis Accounting: Manage a team of three accountants to deliver all aspects of accounting operations, including the month-end close process, financial reporting, and compliance with GAAP and other relevant regulations. Ensure timely and accurate financial statements Manage internal controls and audit processes Strategic Projects: Lead ad-hoc strategic projects that drive business growth and efficiency Evaluate and quantify business opportunities, optimizing capital allocation for greatest financial impact Develop project plans, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement and measure initiatives Investor Relations: Serve as the primary owner of financial communications with investors Prepare and present financial updates, reports, and forecasts to Related, KKR and lenders Lead efforts in preparation for refinancing, including financial modeling and scenario analysis Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 / year Annual performance based bonus Qualifications 5-10 years of progressive experience in finance or consulting, with significant experience in FP&A and accounting Proven experience leading strategic projects and managing capital allocation Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders Strong leadership and team management skills High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA a plus Related values diversity in backgrounds and experiences.
