Coordinates with other Finance and Company leaders, areas and activities to ensure consistency and integrity of data Operates in accordance with all legal, regulatory, ethical and Company requirements, including government FAR / cost accounting standards, Company policies, Operating Framework, and departmental instructions Analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, support proposal activities, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. Performs economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciation, working capital requirements, and the impact of governmental requirements Thorough understanding of financial statements and interdependencies of general ledger accounts Participates in Corporate financial review meetings Qualifications Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field 8+ years of experience with financial analysis, reporting and forecasting 8+ years of experience with using financial systems and data query tools Preferred: Master's Degree or MBA in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field 10+ years of experience with financial systems and data query tools in large/complex businesses Proficient with Microsoft Excel and developing financial models Experience with FAR and Government Cost Accounting Standards Experience with defense, aerospace, or manufacturing with job cost accounting SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP experience Oracle Hyperion experience Experience Managing or Leading a Team Salary Range: $141,000- $220,000 Annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
