Job Abstract

Adecco is currently looking for a Tax Operations Specialist to join our team! As a Senior Operations Representative, you will be pivotal in supporting tax-related functions, including IRS and State regulatory reporting, withholding payments, and cost basis updates for international and retirement accounts. You will manage service requests, ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines, and assist with annual tax form testing and production validation. Your daily tasks will include data entry, importing data from Notepad to Excel, and collaborating with the team to meet strict deadlines.

10+ month assignment.

Pay rate : $25-28/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Support IRS and State regulatory tax reporting

• Manage service requests and email boxes

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of tax forms

• Assist with procedure maintenance and tax form testing

• Data entry and system navigation

Required Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)

• 1-2 years of Tax Operations experience

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication skills

• Proven ability to work independently and handle complex situations

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
