Sales Contract Coordinator:
Lennar is seeking a Sales Contract Coordinator to provide support to the Division and customers in procuring the sales and preparing the sale for the close.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Review, check and prepare sales contracts for approval.
- Ensure contracts get entered into appropriate reporting and accounting systems.
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly sales activities are kept up to date and reported on time (e.g., sales, cancellations, traffic).
- Provide timely information to the purchasing, construction and sales teams.
- Other activities as assigned related to sales contract processing.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Minimum High School or GED required
- Strong detail orientation with excellent computer and organizational skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative role, Homebuilding or construction industry preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, Accounting background a plus
- Microsoft Office with accounting system experience, JD Edwards preferred
- Analytical ability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with confidential information

Physical Requirements
Some office work which may require the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
