The successful candidate will support program leadership to fulfill a variety of operations tasks related to the team's mission within the Agency.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of related experience as a executive administrator or operations specialist
Resourceful in getting tasks done through multi-tasking and creative thinking skills
Ability to anticipate needs and possess the initiative to address them
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and easily adapt to change Top Secret clearance; TS/SCI preferred
Excellent written and verbal communications skills Superior organizational and time management skills
Superior skills in Microsoft Office
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Experience with CostPoint timekeeping system
Experience working at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency
