HR Business Partner
Key Role:
Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise in the field of Human Resources to support a growing and evolving organization. Participate in talent management, HR analytics, training, and development projects. Partner with senior leaders to resolve client issues. Conduct data analysis of HR metrics and develop innovative solutions and recommendations to leadership. Work without considerable direction. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of HR systems including Workday
Knowledge of compensation and benefits, onboarding, workforce management, talent development, and employment law
Ability to influence senior leaders, clients, and key stakeholders through written and oral communication
Ability to display business acumen and drive process optimization and efficiency
Ability to work swiftly and resolve matters to ensure positive employee and client response
Ability to research, innovate, and adapt to change
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
Additional Qualifications:
Ability to perform work outside of normal business hours
Possession of excellent organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
PHR or SPHR Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
